MAYTAG TRUCK ABOUT 1911
The model 12 used a two cylinder engine with a five inch bore and a five inch stroke. It was a four cycle engine that was water cooled and it produced 25 horsepower. The truck had two forward gears and one reverse and a fifteen gallon fuel tank. This truck could travel about 250 to 300 miles on a tank of fuel with full loads.
MAYTAG MILK BOTTLE
Very rare Maytag milk bottle. These were probably used in the schools around Newton, Iowa in the 1950's. I am told that the Maytag dairy crushed the glass bottles when they were no longer needed. That is why the Maytag milk bottles are so very rare.
